QC Inspector

Multi Mould Industries Sdn Bhd – Batu Gajah, Perak

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards
• Perform a variety of quality control tests and measurements to identify any defects or non-conformists
• Document and report all quality control findings, including any issues or corrective actions required
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and documentation
• Participate in regular quality audits and provide recommendations for improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in quality assurance or control, preferably within the manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Proficient in the use of quality control tools and equipment, such as measuring devices, testing instruments, caliper, depth caliper, height gauge, profile microscope, and CMM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and regulatory standards relevant to the industry
