Job Responsibilities

1. PIC and Responsible to supervise all functions of QC department, to verify and maintain KDS Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Incoming / In Process / Finished Good Inspection prior to shipment.
3. Assembly In Process Inspection / Outgoing Inspection / Appearance Inspection.
4. To develop QC programmed to train and supervise employees on QC aspects and conduct continual improvement trainings (KAIZEN).
5. To coordinate factory and supplier Quality Issue to ensure Quality Requirement and Policy of KDS are strictly comply.
6. To visit supplier if necessary to validate Quality Issues and Corrective Action.
7. To ensure that all Jigs and inspection equipment are properly controlled and calibrated according to ISO and JIS Requirements.
8. To perform data analysis for JIS monthly statistical data / Rule Inspection Summary then submit to Department Head.
9. Review and establish high standards of Quality, Reliability and Continuous Quality Improvement of the manufacturing system.
10. To Support Assistant QC Manager to Ensure that ISO / JIS documentation and records are up to date.
11. To Support Internal and External Quality Audits.
12. To prepare and control updated Reject / Limit Samples of Production process and Incoming parts.
13. To Support Assembly and QA test for new parts, Existing modified parts and components when requested.
14. To carry out QC Checking Printing Film and Specification.
15. To Support Warehouse documentations according to operation standards.
16. To Check and Verify the monthly stock report conduct re-verification as requested by Account department.
17. Any other duties which may be considered relevant or urgent will be instructed by the higher management.
