Responsibilities:
• To maintain and implement QMS & GMP.
• To carry out and implement daily production activities for both crude and clean room production, ensuring all activities are carried out according to plan and all raw materials are adequate and correct as per requirement.
• Responsible to prepare the directions for the worker that include the proper ingredients, temperature, and mixing times for each production process.
• Responsible for overseeing automated production methods to ensure that the desired product yield is achieved.
• To ensure all processes are carried out according to BMR with all results recorded promptly and accurately.
• Responsible to achieve quality goals through continual follow-up with quality control and in-process monitoring.
• Recognizes deviations from procedures and reports to Supervisor.
• Responsible to ensure daily cleanliness and housekeeping (5S) are carried out and maintained to a satisfactory condition.

Requirements:
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Able to interact with people at all levels.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates/entry-level/inexperienced candidates, who are willing to learn, hardworking, self-confident, and positive-minded are also welcomed to apply, as training will be provided.
• Independent, mature, with a positive attitude, willing to work in shifts.
• A team player with leadership qualities and adaptable to change.
