QAQC Manager

Ensures the CSYAP factory operation has necessary quality hardware and software capability to assure parts, products and systems meet specified requirements and customers' expectations.

Consult and work with R&D and Project Engineering team to develop QC protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new parts/products, or new functionality for current/existing parts/products.

Provide quality data/expert analysis and interpretation of data by utilizing known engineering technical standards and specifications, suitable Quality tools to provide the short term and long term solution for a quality issue happening on parts/products.

Work/Collaborate with Production HoDs with the analysis, creation and implementation of, and ensure conformance with Quality Standards, Instructions, Guidelines and procedures to drive Quality standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements and orders.

Organizes and allocates suitable QC resources to effectively and efficiently meet customers' delivery commitments, in terms of quality and time. Provide QC support to production departments team as needed to establish incoming QC protocols and to perform First Piece Articles inspection.

Ensure, with full support of HR, that the QA and QC team is sustainably staffed, developed and directed to enable effective leadership, support and coaching on Kaizen projects and to provide career development path for all quality QA & QC talents.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (added advantage)
4. Preferably Senior specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
5. Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
6. Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
