QAQC Engineer, 12 months extendable contract, Johor Bharu

Responsibilities

• Performs audits to assess compliance with the Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2022)
• Support to monitor proper closure of Quality Observation Reports (QARs), Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (C/PARs)
• Supports the management with respect to quality management-related content, tools, and systems (IMS).
• Supports specific communication relevant to quality management in their own area of responsibility (Roll out of new process/ changes to process).
• Supports local organization by providing specific training material and training sessions (PDC, SharePoint, specific Apps, IMS, etc.)
• Assists in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.
• Manage and monitor access to SharePoint sites meant for Project documentations (PDC, SharePoint, ABB Power App)
• Support to conduct random onsite in-process inspections or periodic site/factory quality surveillance inspections (E house fabrication)
• Support in documenting project specific inspection criteria and quality plan
• Schedule and conduct training on Business tools and process to Project and Site Management team.
• Reviewing the QMS Process for any changes and improvement
• Support each function in executing the actions for Process Improvement.
• Updating and Monitoring of Inspection status and records on daily basis

Manage and supervise the site related document regularly.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Internal Auditor for Quality Standards (ISO 9001)
• Testing Method (destructive and non-destructive testing)
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiar with Microsoft Power app, SharePoint and Document management tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Preferably Welding Inspectors Certificates (CSWIP 3.1)
• QA/QC Program Certificate

Have 5+ experience in Marine and Oil and Gas as QAQC Engineer
