QAQC Assistant

• To monitor, to inspect, and to record production processes.
• To monitor and to inspect the hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness of the production kitchen.
• To monitor and record the daily temperature/ production records.
• To perform QC inspection on incoming ingredients.
• To perform QC inspection on outgoing products.
• To carry out personal hygiene inspection on every employee.
• To control chemical/cleaning detergent movement and segregate it to divisions.
• To perform the compliance checking on kitchen operation related & documentations based on HACCP & ISO22000 guideline.
• To assist in any task given by immediate superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Studies.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage.
• 6 days work in a week.
• Able to work in shift basis.
• Good in follow-up.
• Detailed in work.
• Ability to complete the daily work task on timely manner.
