QA Supervisor

We are a multi-national company involved in developing, manufacturing, and marketing intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire a QA Supervisor.

You will play an important role in:

• Consist of two to three supervisors who are responsible for quality control in incoming process, machining process, powder coating process, assembly process, packaging process, final quality control process, and outgoing process.
• Implement and continually improve Incoming control, In-Process control, and Outgoing control processes as per quality documentation (Quality Control Plan, Inspection Standard, Work Instruction, Quality Alert, etc.).
• Implement In-Process non-conformance product management procedure (CAPA, 8D).
• Support Supplier rejection process (Component Quality Problem Report).
• Support Customer Audit and Customers buy-off process.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Support Final Quality Control (FQC) report to customers.
• Support Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) process prior to shipment carried out.
• Ensure that outputs that do not conform to their requirements are identified and controlled to prevent their unintended use or delivery, by taking appropriate action based on the nature of the nonconformity and its effect on the conformity of products and services.
• Implement Quality Rejection monitoring and improvement.
• Implement and continually improve team objective, competency, awareness, and communication.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to foster and promote a positive working environment.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & writing) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
