QA Software Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us maintain the highest quality standards across our software products. Collaboration, Innovation, and Growth Await You!

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
2. Identify bugs and issues within the software and coordinate with developers for resolution.
3. Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.
4. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
5. Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
6. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
7. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Mandarin Speaker: Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with internal teams & clients.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. 4 years or more of related working experience.
4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
5. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
6. Working experience in manual testing: Create tests, design tests, execute tests, manage test execution, create test reports.
7. Working knowledge in non-functional testing methodologies (volume, load, stress) is an advantage.
8. Working experience in any automation tool is an advantage.
9. Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
10. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle.
11. Knowledgeable in Software Quality Assurance and Testing in an Agile Environment.
12. Experience with automating functional or non-functional test tools.
