QA & Safety Graduate Trainee (under Protégé)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide QA support in QA related issues for EPD Supply Chain.
2. Support in registering all non-medical/medical QA related complaints via SolTraq and forward complaint to manufacturing site for investigation.
3. Support maintenance of the Affiliate PV System Country Chapter and additional local PV procedures, forms, and templates.
4. Assist with the receipt, recording, and reconciliation of safety information.
5. Conduct safety surveillance including literature and health authority website screening and preparation of local periodic safety reports and Risk Management Plans.
6. Ensure PV record retention and archiving.
7. Maintain the local PV product list.
