QA/QC Supervisor

Qualification/Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a graduate Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience as a supervisor in QA/QC department.
• Having working experience in an electronics manufacturing Multi International Company (Preferred).
• Good in supervisory and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge in 7 QC Tools/TQM/QC management etc.
• Knowledge in data analysis and statistical techniques.

Job Description

• Supervise QC Inspectors in their jobs or daily tasks.
• Perform product verification quality inspection in-coming, IPQC, and QC Final.
• Responsible for quality records keeping, data lot slip scanning, staff welfare, and attendance.
• Attend a quality discussion with the concerned department on product non-conformity issues.
• Responsible for giving awareness and education to all QC inspectors on quality matters.
• Ensure inspection activities are carried out as planned (IQC, IPQC, and OQC).
• Responsible for managing all scope-assigned tasks in a timely manner based on superior and company expectations.
• Able to work on a minimal supervision and always has a sense of urgency, practicality, and creative thinking in all works.
• Additional job tasks will be assigned by superiors or management as and when necessary.
