QA/QC Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and maintaining effective quality assurance and quality control systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Overseeing the quality testing of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure they meet specified quality standards
• Investigating and resolving quality-related issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits to identify areas for improvement
• Compiling and analysing quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for process enhancements
• Ensuring the company's quality management system is compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Providing training and guidance to the production team on quality procedures and best practices
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management
• To perform adhoc assignments as may be requested from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific field
• Thorough understanding of GMP, GLP and other relevant quality control standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data analysis and quality management software
