QA/QC Inspector Welding/Mechanical & Civil

Scope of Works:

1. Read and familiarize project AFC drawings, Weld map, WPS, specifications, procedures, ITP, shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards, such as ASME V, ASME IX, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, API 1104, and AWS D1.1.
2. Develop QC Inspection package for the area/scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval.
3. Witness and endorse WPQT and WQT.

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil and gas.
• CSWIP Level 3.1/3.2 by The Welding Institute (TWI).
• CWI by American Welding Society (AWS).
• Inspection and Testing techniques.
• Welding & NDT requirements.
• COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS).
• Codes and Specifications: ASME II, ASME V, ASME VII, ASME IX, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, API 1104, AWS D1.1.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
