QA/QC Controller

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for filing, typing, recording and compiling of documents.
2. Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
3. Assist the QMR in the implementation of the Quality Management System.
4. Coordinate with personnel in the relevant department for the development and revision of the details procedures.
5. Ensure the latest version of relevant documents and records are available to the user concerned.
6. Check Head of Department documents containing copies and procedure records and JD.
7. Maintain files of the minutes of meeting.
8. Compile final MDR / on progress.
9. Receive Dwg and distribute.
10. Control material incoming inspection and data entry.
11. NBIC document submission/control.
12. Assist QA/QC inspector.
13. Assist QA/QC Manager in implementing and monitoring quality control manual system.
14. Review final manufacturer data report.
15. Perform other tasks assigned by QA/QC Manager.
16. Perform any related duties as management may require from time to time, e.g., 5S activities, CSR.
17. Maintain final MDR and submission to the client as per client requirement.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma in mechanical engineering or any other related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and disciplined.
5. Computer literate.
