To update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Management Policy, relevant systems and documents related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Safety Standards.
Monitor and maintain the company document control system.
Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures meet the quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor compliance of daily QC checks in the central kitchen.
Manage measuring equipment calibration by maintaining the equipment calibration master list.
Involve as Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis for investigation purposes.
Support and assist in production and purchasing.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Basic computer knowledge.
At least 1 year of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required for the position.
Candidate must be able to work alternate Saturdays half day.
Work location is at Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.
