QA Officer (Food Industry)

Responsibilities:

1. To conduct QA & QC activities, and production monitoring ensuring compliance to requirements.
2. To inspect daily raw material and finished goods.
3. Responsible in daily factory record keeping.
4. Responsible in calibration.
5. To assist in documentation for HALAL, MeSTI, and HACCP certification.
6. Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by head department when required from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent certification.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
3. Halal Executive Certification from HPB.
4. A responsible person with integrity, initiative, and good attitude.
5. Able to work independently with effective problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of HALAL, MeSTI, HACCP will be an added advantage.
7. Halal Professional certificates from HPB.
