Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs, procedures, and document control programs
Assist in ensuring Quality and Food Safety standards in the products are met by training of personnel, close monitoring of the processing and improvement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in factory environment
Assist in ensuring that Food Safety & Quality system and awareness are implemented, understood and practiced by all employees
Act as hygiene officer in ensuring maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food safety requirements
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Execute all activities e.g: in the process and finished goods analysis, microbiology, hygiene, pest control, packaging materials, raw materials, calibration activities, and cleanliness & good keeping of equipment together as a part of QA team
Perform egg quality testing on eggs from farms weekly, including but not limited to internal egg quality analysis related to feed
Implement and manage Random Microbiological Sampling Collecting on equipment and product as well as maintain schedule of testing
Undertake project work or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement of Bachelor's degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, food technology, food biology, food industry management etc
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Possess Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
Possess own transport
