Responsibilities

• To ensure the operation achieving Quality Objective KPI
• To convey and develop internal team to fulfil customer quality requirements
• To ensure good quality FA sample delivered on time.
• To coordinate on internal quality improvement activities
• To drive for upstream detection and process yield improvement.
• Set quality compliance objective and ensures that targets are achieved
• Ensures that the organization’s Quality Management system conforms to customer and regulatory/legal requirements.
• Review the implementation and effectiveness of quality measurement and inspection system.
• Work closely among inter-department or inter-division or inter-company to ensure committed tasks are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement and review of products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
• Make final determinations of dispositions related to non-conforming materials.

Secondary Duties

• Facilitate analysis and coordinate activities related to process/system improvement
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Lead Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, and auditors analysts
• Report to top management on the performance of QMS, including the need for improvement.
