QA Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring all processes and procedures align with industry standards.
2. Ensure that all products manufactured in the factory meet established quality standards and customer specifications, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high quality.
3. Lead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.
4. Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, support new product development, and ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all stages of production.
5. Utilize quality management tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, to analyze and solve quality problems, driving a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
6. Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
7. Provide training and guidance to quality inspectors and other relevant staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that all team members are equipped to maintain quality standards.
8. Ensure that all quality management activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and records as required by industry standards and internal policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
2. 3 - 5 years of experience in quality management.
3. Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system and quality management tools.
4. Experience in the machining industry, preferably in semiconductor machining.
5. Proficient in Mandarin and English. Required for business communication with Mandarin speakers and handling documents.
