QA Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review/assess bulk complaints raised from SBU’s and provide solutions.
2. Visit factories if necessary to verify and resolve quality issues within all Garment factories.
3. Full responsibility for Subcon Management.
4. Full responsibility for Dye house.
5. Full responsibility for Fabric printing quality.
6. Assist with all quality issues in all factories.

1. Weekly visit to Garment Branch.
2. Submit production report for QA Department to management review.
3. Plan monthly visits to Garment factories (Batam/Vietnam/Cambodia) as needed.
4. Maintain good relationships with all Garment factories.
5. Travel Budget – Details of trips signed by QC/Factory Manager acknowledgment.
6. Submit full report after consolidation and do not agree on the solution before discussing with Management.
7. Conduct root cause analysis and create action plans for all quality issues found.
8. Implement 6S within the department.
