Responsibility: To develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs to ensure all products meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Oversee compliance with local regulatory requirements and international food safety requirements, as well as corporate customers' requirements. Monitor and evaluate raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to meet company, regulatory, and corporate customers' quality standards. Supervise, train, and mentor QA/QC staff to ensure proper execution of food safety and quality standards and policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions for any food safety and quality issues. Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve processes and minimize waste while maintaining product quality.
