QA Inspector

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspection and test activities on incoming materials, in-process, and outgoing finished products.
2. Record and file documentation relating to the inspection and test activities, e.g., issue MRR and issue SCAR with supporting information and non-conformance sample.
3. Perform CAPA verification for MRR, CCAR, and SCAR issued as per targeted dateline.
4. Perform verification of calibration status for test equipment or instruments used and support internal calibration.
5. Perform duties according to quality procedures and standard operating procedures to comply with ISO 13485 requirements.
6. Participate in quality briefing to operators.
7. Train new production operators and new QA inspectors.
8. Support QP/SOP refresh training.
9. Prepare daily report and inspection report.
10. Perform online audit for all the processes/products.
11. Responsible for 5S of quality lab.
12. Support any other day-to-day quality matters as and when required.
13. Perform duties as assigned by the superior.
