QA Executive/ Assistant QA

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our dynamic team. As a QA Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our products. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes and systems that help maintain our reputation for excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement QA processes, ISO standards, and guidelines to ensure consistent quality across products.
2. Perform regular quality checks, audits, or processes to ensure they meet company standards.
3. Identify issues, troubleshoot defects, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
4. Create, update, and manage documentation related to QA procedures and compliance requirements.
5. Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to optimize quality processes and improve efficiency.
6. Track and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports for management to highlight areas for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with government regulatory and industry standards.
8. Any other related duties assigned by Management as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or any field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a QA role, with experience in quality control and testing processes. Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and coordinate with teams.
6. Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
