Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ISO/FSSC 22000 documentation and ensure compliance.
• Ensure finished products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audit functions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead a team of QA Technicians in executing daily quality tasks.
• Conduct product testing, evaluation, verification, and report preparation.
• Prepare COAs, product specifications, lab reports, and other relevant documentation for customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Candidates with KKM "Juruanalisis Makanan" / Certified Food Analyst certification are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess own transport and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
