Minimum Requirements:

1. Min in diploma Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food Services/ Halal Management and other related course.
2. Or min 1 year of working experiences in Food Industry or other related field.
3. Would be advantage if familiar with GMP/HACCP/VHM/HALAL.
4. Able to work independently, passion towards food industry.

Job Scope:

1. Carry out inspection based on QA standards for both production line and finish goods.
2. Monitor operations & work with production team to ensure that they meet production standards.
3. Monitor hygiene & cleanliness of production line.
4. Lead Food Safety Team in maintaining GMP & HACCP documentation.
5. Lead investigative analysis to identify and resolve quality-related problems / customers’ complaints and recommend solutions for quality improvement.
6. Implement preventive measures and corrective action for non-conforming products.
7. Ensure CAR is investigated and rectified to prevent recurrences.
8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
