Lead a team of QC to perform quality check
Conduct inspection of quality products throughout the processing and report any nonconformities found inside production area.
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is carried out effectively at all stages of production.
Monitor Pest Control contractors to ensure pest control services are carried out effectively.
Ensure the quality system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with MS 1400I:2015, requirements.
Send daily report to QA Executive/Head of Department and carry out any duties as directed by Superior.
This person must have knowledge on Quality, Food Safety and Halal Management System, audit and inspection as part of verification process. Able to communicate with the stakeholders on any raising matters related to the system.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP Principles, food safety audit and problem-solving skill.
