Job Description

• Participate in quality improvements activities.
• Working with QA team to develop new quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Assist in the implementation of ISO and customer audit program (internal audit, external audit, validation & verification, etc).
• Provide internal quality training to production workers when necessary.
• Responsible for carrying out internal audits for the assigned area.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Engineering, any field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Quality Assurance (QA) in manufacturing.
• Keen attention to detail to identify defects.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess knowledge and hands-on experience in ISO 9001.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking management.
