The Dexcom Compliance Department, also known as the Integrity Team (or I-Team for short), is a close-knit global team of talented professionals. We are trusted business partners who foster a culture of integrity that empowers employees to do the right thing.

1. You will maintain the supplier quality management system according to written policies and procedures, providing input on compliance and continuous improvement of business processes.
2. You will provide quality guidance to other departments.
3. You will support in conducting supplier audits, monitor supplier performance, provide information for supplier program metrics and periodic reports, and assist in the administration of the supplier corrective action system.
4. You will travel in the U.S. and internationally.
5. You will participate actively in Supplier Review Committee (SRC) meetings, ensuring ongoing supplier program transparency and open communication between cross-functional departments.
6. You will maintain the Supplier Audit Schedule and monitor compliance with this schedule on an ongoing basis.
7. You will establish and maintain supplier Quality Agreements, where needed, and any joint periodic supplier business reviews.
8. You will review and approve supplier documentation (protocols, reports, specifications, etc.), as defined in the Quality Agreement.
9. You will work as a member of the design team, assisting with defining design inputs, designing components and processes, and verifying that design outputs satisfy design inputs.

1. You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 0-2 years of equivalent experience.
2. You have the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3. You have knowledge, skill, and/or ability as listed in the job requirements.
4. You have the ability to speak Mandarin (highly desired).
