Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the QA/QC of the pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / food manufacturing who has good character, positive vibes and professional integrity.

How You'll Make an Impact

1. Lead and develop the QA and QC team to maintain consistent quality standards
2. Create and update quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and specifications
3. Make key decisions on food safety and product quality issues
4. Identify and resolve quality concerns through effective inspection and non-conformance protocols
5. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, US FDA and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement
6. Represent the quality department during internal and external audits
7. Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions
8. Collaborate with management on quality strategy and implementation throughout the company

Your Experience Matters

This role values your:

1. 5+ years in QA leadership within pharmaceutical or nutraceutical environments
2. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical or related field
3. Problem-solving mindset and positive approach
4. Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, HALAL, US FDA and ISO)
5. Multilingual abilities in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin as the position requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
