The Role

1. As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will provide general support to quality assurance (QA) directors, conduct in-depth quality assurance reviews, assist on recovery teams, and contribute to root cause analysis.
2. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance. Your role will involve influencing and advisory skills, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) is required. Advanced proficiency in Quality Management and Business Continuity Disaster Recovery is recommended.
3. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with recovery teams to develop and execute recovery plans in the event of system failures or disruptions.
6. Assist in root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and develop strategies for prevention.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing role.
• You have working knowledge of Manual Testing.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
