PURCHASING SENIOR EXECUTIVE

• Assist supervise team from time to time forward available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
• Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality and best service to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Maintain and update vendor/supplier list on a timely basis, follow up closely to ensure on time deliveries for ordered items to support progress of works.
• Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
• Prepare report pertaining to market conditions and merchandise cost, control purchasing department budget.
• Work closely with department head/outlet/branches to solve quality issues with suppliers.
• Responsible for doing month end stock take.
• Perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.

Skills Requirement:

• Negotiation, Persuasion, Supervisory, Critical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Data Entry Management, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Organization Reporting Skills.
• At least 3-4 Years in Similar Field.
• Prefer Mandarin Speaker due to Business nature NON-HALAL products.
• Own Transportation.
