PURCHASING OFFICER

• Responsible to deal with Overseas Suppliers (China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, etc.) and Local Malaysia Suppliers.
• Acquire quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors and assess quotations, negotiate, and award sub-contractors and suppliers. Prepare and monitor material delivery schedule.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers in order to secure materials and services at the best price, quality, delivery, and terms.
• Maintain proper filing of all Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders / Invoices, etc.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is added advantage.
• 1 - 2 years experience in manufacturing for handling Purchasing Oversea transaction.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin language, English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaker is required to handle for China supplier.
• Candidates of any race are welcome to apply for this position, provided they can speak and write in Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, strong desire to learn new knowledge.
• Know how to use MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
• Advantage if know how to use Auto Count software.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Kemuning, Selangor.
