Purchasing Executive / Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Purchasing Executive to lead procurement activities and optimize the supply chain process. The role involves sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers for goods and services.
• Manage procurement contracts, agreements, and performance reviews to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Analyze purchasing data and forecasts to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and project requirements.
• Lead supplier audits and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Generate reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior purchasing staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
