Purchasing Executive (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Purchase Order
2. Negotiation of prices & terms
3. Sourcing new vendors
4. Study quotation & prepare cost comparison
5. Check & review material specification & requirement
6. Liaise with QAQC and inspection team
7. Ensure material & services available for projects on time
8. Payable processing – verification of vendor invoices against order and delivery
9. Conduct vendor audit & vendor evaluation
10. New and existing vendor evaluation
11. Tracking Purchase Request status & update weekly
12. Run Critical material report & update status weekly
13. Any other work that is instructed by superior from time to time
