Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. At least 1 year experience in Construction Industry
  2. Execute sourcing activities, obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate for the best price, quality and services to ensure cost effectiveness.
  3. Participate in the selection of suppliers based on criteria.
  4. Conduct comparative analysis on supplier prices.
  5. Carry out all necessary procurement activities.
  6. Verify that the required order is within the agreed budget.
  7. Follow up closely with internal and external customers on purchasing matters and ensure timely delivery of all products from suppliers.
  8. Generate, review, and follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules and payments with the finance team.
  9. Match purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders, and file accordingly.
  10. Manage schedule changes, cancellations and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.
  11. Research potential vendors, evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate with vendors.
  12. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  13. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
