Purchaser (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

1. Find sources, analyse quotes, negotiate prices and generate purchase orders for both local and overseas purchases.
2. Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
3. Work with service and store department to review parts/materials requirement and delivery lead time.
4. Manage JKKP certificate and tax exemption for customer needs.
5. Ensure good stock turn.
6. Liaise closely with Purchaser and perform other administration work.
