IGB International School is seeking dynamic and experienced PR and Community Engagement professionals to drive visibility, reputation, and connection across key audiences. This pivotal role combines strategic planning, public relations, community engagement, and marketing support to enhance our organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to promote our mission, values, and initiatives while aligning with marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Build strong media relationships, draft press releases, manage crisis communications, and serve as a spokesperson when needed.
• Act as the primary liaison for parents, ensuring timely communication, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive parent-school relationship. Lead onboarding processes and engagement events for new families.
• Support the marketing team in campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities. Assist with event planning and management.
• Keep staff informed and engaged through newsletters, intranet updates, and organizational announcements.
• Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans, safeguarding the organization’s reputation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiting partners, manage partner performance, and oversee marketing communications.
• Drive successful PR and communication campaigns that enhance brand reputation, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve organizational objectives, including strengthening alumni engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Certificate in English, Linguistics, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in a relevant field, ideally within an international school or similar setting.
• Expertise in PR practices, media engagement, and crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and stakeholder relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PR platforms (bonus).
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and ability to lead projects effectively.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
