PROTON Young Talent (PYT) Programme is a fast-track development programme designed for high-potential young graduates to accelerate job competence at the Entry Level. It starts as a one-year comprehensive development programme using the blended learning approach that provides exposure to our operations before permanent placement to relevant Divisions in PROTON.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates / University graduates with a minimum Second-Class Upper Division and excellent results in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
• The ability to speak Mandarinn is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
