Protégé Trainee (Fresh Graduate Only)- March Intake

The purpose of the Protégé Program is to provide interns the combination of applying theory and practice to real life business projects in addition to development opportunities for personal guidance and career coaching. Interns are given the opportunity to make an impact in the business world. At the same time, they are gaining new skills, on-the-job experience and the ability to collaborate with global colleagues. They are recruited, trained, and developed to become ideally great candidates for Early Talent positions to fulfill immediate, mid- and long-term strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP line of business by providing administrative, finance, sales/presales/services support, marketing, and operational duties.
• Use a variety of software packages, such as SAP Systems and Microsoft Office, to produce reports, correspondence, documents, and presentations. General proficiency with tools and procedures required to successfully accomplish the job.
• Assist the team in planning & coordinating projects including monitoring & maintaining the budget. Support the ideation of being a continuous learner.
• Engage within the team they are assigned to and beyond. Keep track of activities/projects progress and report to manager/team leader.
• Show initiative and willingness to learn. Support miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks as requested by the line of business.

Required Skills (MUST HAVE)

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Account/Finance related fields.
• Candidate must be a local Malaysian.
• Ability to work independently, be result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated.
• A team player with good spoken & written skills in English.
