1. Assist in providing counsel on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, corporate governance compliance with regulations, etc.
2. Assist in reviewing cases to determine whether they have legal merit.
3. Proactively help the company to identify, assess, and manage legal risks facing the organization, and develop strategies to mitigate and resolve such risks.
4. Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Assist the Executive to draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and other legal documents, ensuring that the organization's interests are protected.
6. Assist in advising about labor and employment law matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, leaves of absence, etc.
7. Multitasking and can perform other tasks as instructed.
