This one-year Protégé Program is designed to create a hands-on learning exposure to the pharmaceutical industry through supporting the respective department with operational and administrative support.
This position within the Protégé Program is for new product launch planning and will report to the Launch Excellence Lead. Exposure to a fast-paced and multi-country environment focusing on bringing the latest breakthrough medicines to market.
Responsibilities include:
Project management – working with various platforms including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint to manage new product launches effectively and accurately.
Internal stakeholder management – liaising with numerous stakeholders across departments and countries with excellent communication skills.
Internal event planning – supporting workshops, meetings, and events and ensuring operational excellence.
Material creation – support in producing presentations, spreadsheets, records, and databases.
Other ad-hoc projects, such as commercial-related initiatives and other administrative support and implementation.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Degree or work experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceutical or marketing preferred.
Ability to work independently, results-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated.
Team player with excellent spoken and written English skills.
