The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Commercial team in managing a designated territory to promote Pfizer's products to doctors and customers.
Establish a sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends, etc.
Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Track account sales (sales, penetration rates, and market share).
Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science background.
Possess a valid driving license and a car or motorcycle.
A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated and industrious achiever.
