Protege - Human Resource Executive

The Protégé - Human Capital Executive will support the Group Human Capital Division in key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in managing people and processes, making it ideal for graduates passionate about human resources.

PRIMARY TASKS

1. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
2. Support training, development, and employee engagement programs.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
4. Help organize HR initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
5. Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
6. Provide support for compliance and reporting tasks.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

Location: Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
Contract: 8 months, starting January.
Working Days: 5 days a week.
Working Hours: Flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Capital, Human Development, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.
4. Good academic qualifications.
5. Actively involved in university activities.
