The Protégé HR Analyst will support the HR team in data analysis, reporting, and process improvements to enhance workforce planning and decision-making. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in HR analytics, systems, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Collect, clean, and analyze HR data (e.g., recruitment, turnover, performance metrics).
  2. Generate dashboards and reports for HR and leadership teams using tools like Excel or HRIS.
  3. Identify trends and insights to support strategic HR initiatives.

HR Systems Support:

  1. Assist in maintaining HR databases.
  2. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  1. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
  2. Support onboarding processes by analyzing feedback and improving workflows.

Employee Engagement:

  1. Assist in organizing surveys and analyzing results to gauge employee satisfaction.
  2. Recommend action plans based on data findings.

Process Improvement:

  1. Document HR processes and propose efficiency enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with teams to automate repetitive tasks.
