PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee, HR Benefits (Kuala Lumpur)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing employee benefits administration, including medical insurance.
2. Coordinate with insurance providers, third-party administrators (TPA), and payroll teams to ensure smooth benefits operations.
3. Provide advice and guidance to employees on benefits through accurate interpretation of policies and procedures to ensure consistency and good governance.
4. Facilitate the collection of required documents from beneficiaries of deceased employees for insurance payment processing.
5. Assist in generating PR for medical insurance, TPA, and any other payment requests.
6. Assist in employee enrollment/termination of Medical/Insurance and other HR initiatives.
7. Assist in drafting communication and ensure they are sent out within the deadline.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR Business, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
