This role is mainly sales, but you’ll also help us with basic marketing tasks. You won’t be left alone — we guide the plan, you help us carry it out.

Your Job Scope

1. Main Job – Sales
2. Convert leads from WhatsApp, FB ads, roadshows & events
3. Close direct buyers and follow up with agents
4. Help run previews and on-site events
5. Track leads and follow-ups using simple tools (we’ll show you)
6. Support and follow up with agents to push sales
7. Coordinate with designers and agency for flyers, ads, reels, etc.
8. Help us post content or prepare basic social media content
9. Give feedback from sales to improve our ads
10. Support CEO in executing planned campaigns (you don’t need to plan strategy)

What You Can Expect:

1. Basic Salary: RM6.5k–RM9k
2. Monthly + Year-End Bonuses
3. Example: Sell 2 units @ RM500k = RM10,000 commission
4. Monthly income can go up to RM15k–RM30k if you’re consistent
5. Direct guidance from the CEO
6. Promotion path to Senior Manager / Head of Sales
7. Projects: Affordable homes + industrial units (RM300k – RM12.5M)

Minimum Requirements:

1. You’ve done 3–7 years in property sales or agency
2. You’re serious about closing sales and following up
3. You’re willing to learn and support basic marketing work
4. You’re okay using WhatsApp, Excel, Canva and CRM tools
5. You’re able to work some weekends for roadshows (off-days given later)
6. Extra bonus if you’ve worked with agents or helped with marketing before
