Property Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your main role is an intermediary between organization and its clients. Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To carry out daily walk-in customer enquiry and find out customers need and recommend appropriate properties to the customer.
2. To coordinate closing of property deals.
3. To complete and compile documents and ensuring vital documents are signed and payment received.
4. To meet sales target which set by Management.
5. To handle both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls.
6. To provide after sales and service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM.
2. Minimum with 1 year working experience in Property, Sales with developer or related field.
3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to communicate with our Mandarin client/customer).
4. Possess own transport.
5. Willing to work hard and long working hours if required.
6. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. A day of replacement leave will be given to you if you are required to work on public holidays.
