Property Sales Coordinator

• Responsible to assist the Property Director to coordinate and monitor all internal property sales and external appointed property sales teams' performance.
• Responsible to assist the Property Director to plan, organize and coordinate JSK's property sales initiatives. This will include, but is not limited to core areas such as conducting sales presentations, coordinating events/functions, coordinating sales with agents/business partners, canvassing/developing new customers/business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives, and any related business/sales/marketing initiatives.

PRIOR PROPERTY SALES COORDINATION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Property SALES experience is required for this position.
• CANDIDATES WITHOUT PRIOR Property SALES & MARKETING / EVENTS EXPOSURE NEED NOT APPLY.
