Liaise with landlords & sales team regarding terms & conditions of the tenancy agreement and documents.
Attend to tenancy-related matters including negotiation, issuing of letter offers, issuance of invoices, tenancy administration, approval, and handover of units.
Prepare leasing proposals for prospective tenants or landlords.
Manage an up-to-date customers and prospects database. Assist in setting up an effective lease administration filing system, maintaining and updating all records.
Maintain an active presence and provide courteous and efficient service to clients.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. Weekend work is required on an appointment basis.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
1 – 3 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
Specialization in property/real estate or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Meticulous with strong communication skills.
Good personality and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented.
Ability to adapt to changes and work under minimum supervision.
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin will be an advantage as communication with Chinese clients is required.
