Property Management Executive

Role Summary:
As Myra’s Property Management Executive, your role is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of properties developed by the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective and smooth operation, maintenance, and service delivery across multiple sites. This role bridges the gap between property management, facilities maintenance, and customer experience by proactively addressing property-related concerns, coordinating with service providers, and implementing CX-focused initiatives to enhance homeowner satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation & Handling delivery of vacant possession
2. Handling Customer's Complaint
3. Attending to Tribunal related to customer
4. Attending to Defect common area
5. Responsible formation JMB and handover to JMB
6. Implement smooth operations in maintenance services in dedicated township
7. Responsible to handover completed development to Local Authorities

Requirements:

1. Graduate in Estate Management
2. 1 to 2 years working experience
3. Willing to learn, fast learner and can be an excellent team player
4. Candidates with some background in strata building management preferred
5. Candidate that possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or a related field are preferred
6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
7. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
8. Willing to travel within Dengkil, Salak Tinggi and Puncak Alam area
9. Required Skill(s): Communication, Property Management, Google Docs
