PROPERTY EXECUTIVE - IGB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD

• Assist to manage all aspects of building management services and building systems efficiencies.
• Monitor services contractors in accordance to maintenance work plan, compliance and adherence to standards.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance and safety.
• To be involved in planning renovation works preparation, resolve fit-out issues, meet specific tenant's needs or to rectify building problems, requiring an understanding of structural design and tenants' needs.
• Prepare Reports on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that the building is in tip-top condition and to recommend improvements as and when necessary.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining good rapport/relationships with vendors, authorities, tenants, and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Property Management or Electrical/Mechanical Studies with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities, and respond positively to new and alternative systems.
• To co-operate with the council in complying with relevant health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post.
• To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
• To understand and comply with DOSH and DOE.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with grading and level of responsibilities of the post.
